In mid-April 2004 Mighty McPilgrim traveled to Cedar City, Utah in order to perform mostly untested material before an unfamliar audience in a town we'd never heard of.
We'd been asked to write and perform two wedding speeches and two funeral eulogies as part of Festival Royale - an absurd festival celebrating the culture of Himmelsk, as the Cedar City was supposedly known in its Viking days. This Salt Lake City Tribune article about the event should help you brush up on your Utah Viking history.
The generous Mayor Sherratt had put us up at a nice bed and breakfast. After our first day of performances, we retired to the relaxing parlour of the Baker House for a Mighty McPilgrim round table "meeting".
We thought the 90 second film resulting from this fun little improvisation might make a nice video snack to tide ya'll over while we get our asses in gear with other projects. Special thanks to Tony Baker, Lori Baker, Dairy Queen and Lazy Susan.

Round and round she goes.
